Lopatin sterling silver professional flute headjoint - 24k for sale in Orlando, FL
Sterling silver Lopatin headjoint ("Lopatin" model/cut) in 24k gold plating on the exterior, including crown. New in January 2021, plated in February 2021, and used about half a dozen times in total. In like-new condition with no scratches, scuffs, dents, or dings - just normal signs of light use on the tenon. Absolutely gorgeous headjoint with a brilliant, BIG sound and incredible response due to the squarish embouchure hole and unique design of the angular front lip plate wall. This headjoint is able to accept a lot of air without cracking and provides a comfortable, moderate amount of resistance. The low register in particular is very pleasing with its thick, lush tonal capabilities. The high register is very clear and direct. A lovely headjoint all around. Will come with a small piece of tenon tape (pictured). I really love this headjoint but bought a Drelinger with platinum air reed shortly after buying the Lopatin and do not need to keep both of them.
