Manufacture of new laser instruments, liaison with vendors, stock and quality control, setting up of complex fixtures and jigs for production, and meeting deadlines in a machine shop.

In charge of prototype design and manufacture of new dental instruments, vendor and customer liaison, stock and quality control, setting up of fixtures and jigs for production, managing staff, in control of drawings and specifications and the general running of a small machine shop.

In charge of running the CNC department: tooling, setting up parts, scheduling, coordinating with programmer and modifying programs. Second Ops, finishing work and final assembly. Designed new manufacturing scheduling process.
