Incident Management Coordinator / Staff Trainer


Responsible for coordinating all incident management efforts and reporting directly to the Department of Mental Retardation as the company liaison.  I ensure that all employees training are in compliance with the Department of Mental Retardation guidelines.  Also responsible for being chairperson of weekly incident Management meetings, record minutes and maintain records pertaining to sections taken in response to incidents.  I review and conduct internal investigations at weekly meetings to ensure compliance with all state regulations pertaining to investigations. Responsible for tracking and trending of all Reportable Incidents and Investigations.  I conduct and monitor regular classes required by the Department of Mental Retardation.  Conduct random house visits to observe staff and provide feedback to the Regional Director and retraining staff as needed.
