5 Star Small Relationship-Focused Practice

We are seeking a Pediatrician (MD or DO) who is looking to practice in an intentionally sized, smaller setting. We are a four-provider practice designed to maintain meaningful patient and family relationships while fostering a strong sense of community.

We pride ourselves on making visits fun, rewarding, and educational for both our patients and their families. Our patient population ranges from newborns through adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct well-child visits, screenings, and immunizations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, infections, and injuries
• Monitor growth and developmental milestones
• Provide preventive care and health education to families
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Schedule

• Five days per week
• No weekends
• 8-hour shifts

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
• Currently licensed in Florida or eligible to obtain Florida licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing Pediatrics
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Compensation:
Full Time

• $185,000 - $220,000
  per year, depending on experience
