JOB SUMMARY The E-Commerce Web Content Producer supports the deployment of marketing promotions and resort content across Yield Management's Brand.
com website, destination collection websites, and forty property-specific microsites.
Web Content Producers are vested with responsibility of ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery of all materials supporting the publishing of offers and merchandising on websites and landing pages.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResponsible for the execution of projects, tasks, or last-minute requests as assigned from WorkFront that support campaign or promotional offer changes, copy or image revisions, posting destination or resort activity content, and updates to information about resorts on websites and microsites.
Plans and schedules reviews with Supervisor, and stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, timelines, and to obtain approvals prior to the publication and/or release to production.
Provides regular communication and updates on the status of assigned deliverables and projects.
Ensures that all execution is consistent with website or booking engine capabilities, brand standards, and user experience (UX) best practices.
Conducts weekly quality assurance (QA) audits to monitor for broken links, content defects, or offer expiration.
Participates in pre-launch meetings supporting North America (NA), Europe (EU), or Global campaign sales events and attends weekly departmental meetings.
Works closely with System Setup and Automation on the proper set-up of Marketing Key Codes (MKC) Clarity and iHotelier booking engines.
Monitors web traffic and conversion performance of microsites and landing pages.
Verifies with the E-commerce Specialist that URL naming structures, keyword content, meta tags conform with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices for all assignments.
Aids E-Commerce Manager and E-Commerce Director in data collection and publishing of weekly Metric Monday, monthly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
Attends production meetings or vendor reviews and provides meeting minutes with detailing action items, deadlines, and due dates.
Works closely with E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, and Hotel Marketing Coordinators on the design and launch of integrated marketing campaigns.
Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
EXPERIENCEA minimum one (1) year of experience in the online retail, hospitality, travel or destination marketing field required.
No supervisory experience required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not include any supervisory responsibilities.
LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONSThis position does not require licenses or certifications.
SKILLS & ABILITIESThis position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices.

Specific skills and abilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Must have working knowledge with CMS (Content Management System) with WordPress, Drupal, or TravelClick/Amadeus Galaxy).
Knowledge of web analytics software (Google Analytics, Omniture).
Familiarity with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack).
Copywriting skills or Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic web programming language skills such as Hypertext Markup Language (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP), and/or JavaScript).
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Understand how to develop and implement business strategies.
Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures, and manuals.

Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
