Summary:
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Administrative Assistant will assist the Director of Golf Course Maintenance with daily administrative and accounting functions.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK
Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Two years' experience in the hospitality industry or in a professional, office environment.
Computer literate with above average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher, Excel and Power Point.
Experience with processing invoices, maintaining a monthly budget, and expense report.
Ability to track and monitor weekly and monthly federally mandated reports.
Previous accounts payable and account receivable experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with inputting payroll and verifying hours for employees.
Pleasant telephone manner.
Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Good organizational and follow through skills.
Essential Functions:
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and maintain work area in a professional, orderly manner.
Assist in daily administrative functions as needed.
Answer telephone in a prompt and professional manner.
Handle calls and complaints and resolve situations if possible.
Handle calls and route as appropriate.
Sort incoming correspondence.
Organizes and maintains file system, correspondence and other records.
Arrange conference calls and set appointments as requested.
Conduct research and compile statistical reports as needed.
Order office supplies needed.
Maintain confidentiality.
Track absences and tardies Maintain vendor and employee files Maintain STO's and update as needed Work on special projects as requested by leadership.
Create forms for as needed.
Communicates and coordinates all pertinent information with other departments.
Assist management team with the timely completion of reviews and employee related paperwork by tracking and communicating deadlines.
Monitor punch report on daily basis and communicate any deviations to the schedule to management team.
Produce reports for Director to review and approve.
Type, print, post and distribute schedules.
Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor Must be well-mannered, greet guests and employees when encountered, and show appreciation to the guest for being at the resort, show willingness to help guests and employees at all times.
Reports problems encountered on site to supervisor immediately.
Takes appropriate steps to address emergency situations.
Practice excellent telephone etiquette (smile in voice) at all times.
Be alert, courteous and helpful to guests.
Maintain the highest level of employee/guest relations.
Maintain a good working relationship with all Departments The ability to work various shifts or days of the week according to business needs.
Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Comply with Villas of Grand Cypress Resort policies and procedures.
Communicate daily with staff and other departments in regard to duties and activities.
Responsible for department and equipment cleanliness, safety and appearance.
Respond to any reasonable task requested by management Team player and respectful to others Support other departments whenever possible through direct and indirect support.
ENVIRONMENT:
Normally works inside in climate controlled environment.
Occasionally performs work in an open air garage or outdoors.
Salary:
$10.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
