Job Description

TEAM DESCRIPTION

RADIXX ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM IS LOOKING FOR A TALENTED SALES ANALYST.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What will you achieve?
Work cross functionally with Account Managers, Sales, Product, Project Management teams, and Executives, both within Radixx and from the Sabre team
Create custom reports, presentations and dashboards using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to promote Data Driven Decision making
Partner with the Sales team to schedule and facilitate Product and Delivery alignment sessions for new sales
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the Radixx Account Management processes
Track, analyze, and report on account data such as customer engagements, volumes, revenue, receivables, tickets
Support Account Management team with training on best practices and new processes such as contract renewals, navigating Salesforce and Jira, and more
Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver Quarterly Business Reports to both executives and clients
Coordinate with the finance team to construct volume and revenue plans and forecast using current and historic data
Within the Radixx Account Management team this position will interact with other business units.

Job Requirements

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience with Basic Excel functions, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Willingness to interact with all levels of the business and learn new skills as you go
  • Comfortable delivering reports to executives and leading meetings withing the team

Nice to Have Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Finance, or similar degree

Experience in any of the following:
JIRA, Salesforce, Advanced Excel functions and tools,
Airline operations experience
