Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing leadership of a financial team of budget clerks, technicians and analysts in efforts to manage financial policies, procedures, and project status. Acting as a project or program manager for major system developments, the direction of technology-based research, and business initiatives which have the highest significance to the agency's needs; including directing the planning of resources to accomplish major blocks of engineering, technical, or business endeavors. Analyzing, monitoring, and reducing costs; forecasting budgets; and providing information to higher level management on future staffing, facility space, and equipment needs. Providing administrative support by evaluating work performance, interviewing candidates, identifying growth opportunities for staff, and planning work while adjusting short and long term priorities. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
