We need a creative visionary to lead the teams that develop and produce ground-breaking licensed experiences around the world. Overseeing a crackerjack team of senior leaders in Creative Development, Attractions & Exhibits, Entertainment and Resort Programs, you will partner across the company to bring Nickelodeon's beloved characters and story worlds to life while aligning with current brand positioning and IP strategy.
The role reports to the EVP, Creative and Marketing, Franchises & Preschool, and will be based in either New York or Orlando.
How You Win in This Role
Your infectious enthusiasm allows you to lead all creative aspects of Nickelodeon's global attractions, themed entertainment, resorts, and experiences, developing world-class executions that enhance the brand and deepen Nickelodeon's connection with kids and families.
You manage and hire a peerless team of staff and freelancers for Orlando and other design studios around the globe.
You work closely with the Partnership Management team to ensure projects don't just meet but exceed our partners' expectations and goals.
You ensure that our partners get the brand by supporting the development of outstanding creative materials as well as training and quality control programs.
You create budgets and oversee financial reporting so transparent you could read a spreadsheet through it.
You are a creative beacon for architects, operators, design firms, and consultants.
Your extraordinary industry knowledge allows you to advise our Business Development executives on key milestones, budgets and other creative elements or process issues that arise in contract negotiation.
You closely monitor guest satisfaction and use your exceptional relationships with our partners to ensure that issues are addressed even before they arise
Your flair for diplomacy allows you to negotiate and manage all third-party vendor agreements.
Basic Qualifications
You have a minimum of 15 years of strategic creative experience with management responsibilities in themed entertainment, attractions and/or hospitality
You have a bachelor's degree. Smarty.

You have a proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire both internal and external creative teams
Your passion for the Nickelodeon brand is unparalleled and you are committed to making the world a more playful place
You've worked both in the US and outside of it, and know how to get things done in EMEA, LATAM, etc.
You have serious cred as an innovator and creative risk taker

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
