Inside Sales Representative
The Florida Region of Carrier Enterprise has an Inside Sales Representative opportunity based out of our Orlando facility.

Responsibilities:
Support the growth of residential and light commercial products by providing bids for plan & spec and replacement projects
Provide product selections, pricing, submittals and general product support
Maintain quote files and project files
Maintain productive relationships with customers, engineers, and the outside sales force
Support and communicate with the outside sales force on project management
Provide post-sales support to internal and external customers
Maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt reply to incoming calls and e-mail
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have both a business and a technical background
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good computer skills and common software literacy
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Solid critical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills
High level of personal accountability; sense of urgency and self-initiative is a must
Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal direction required from management
Qualifications:
Experience or knowledge of working with HVAC contractors
Prior experience in HVAC sales or marketing preferred
Knowledge of a distribution environment
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Associates degree preferred
