Director, Development Project Management
Wyndham Vacation Ownership is currently seeking a Director of Project Management in Orlando, Florida. This position has leadership responsibility for hotel and timeshare new construction and renovation development projects including overall responsibility for design management, cost control, scheduling, permitting, construction, FFE loading, operational turnover, openings, close out functions and warranty management for new timeshare or hotel properties, additions or renovations. Coordinate with external clients, external vendors and internal departments to deliver exceptional services for hotel or timeshare development projects. Oversee scopes of work, brand design compliance and approvals, development schedules, budgets and cost controls, construction and other compliance processes to open properties within committed and approved targets. The Project Manager must take ownership of the project process and must be able to identify and mitigate project risk.
