Senior Counsel will be asked to work closely with company's General Counsel and will be given significant autonomy to handle a wide variety of legal matters, including contract review, corporate governance matters, securities matters (33 and 34 Act), real estate matters (leases, brokerage licenses, etc), employee benefits and compensation matters (employment contracts, equity plan/grants), insurance matters and litigation defense, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and supervision of outside law firms with respect to all of the foregoing. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of experience at a law firm with a corporate, securities and/or real estate background. Corporate and securities experience is more highly valued than real estate experience for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
