Able to work in outdoor weather conditions (Temperatures vary throughout the season).
Able to work in loud noise environments.
Able to work in moderate to loud working conditions.
CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience in hotel maintenance required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair required.
Knowledge of building construction methods and materials required.
Knowledge of swimming pool treatment and pump repair required.
Knowledge of gas equipment and appliance repair required.
Knowledge of repair of food service and laundry equipment required.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC units.
Plumbing skills required, including fixture and pipe repair and replacement.
Knowledge of hotel related OSHA requirements required.
Carpentry skills preferred.
Drywall and painting experience preferred.
Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
Must be organized and able to prioritize work responsibilities.
Must be able to effectively handle pressure situations.
Fluent in English.
Good management and leadership skills required.
Must maintain professional, neat, clean appearance and practice good personal hygiene.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
