Summary:
Assists and supports the Administrators, Global Merchandise Partners and Asst.
Director, Global Merchandise Partners with daily coordination of contractual samples and the submission process within the Global Merchandise Partners department by performing the following duties.
MAJOR
Responsibilities:
Receives, verifies, and processes merchandise contractual samples into Licensing Partners database as submitted into approval software tracking system.
Processes final photo and final production submissions to completed status in approval software tracking system.
Receives, verifies, and processes comments back from external and internal reviewers.
Sorts approval software tracking system database for approval documentation, electronically returns project stages.
Organizes, receives and returns internal and external reviewed samples to Buyers.
Prepares shipping of samples to Licensors.
Orders shipping supplies for Art Department.
Perform audit checks and catalog projects from working folders Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school degree or GED is preferred
Experience:
1
years computer experience in Windows environment and spreadsheet knowledge highly preferred.
Hospitality industry experience preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience Your talent, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.
