We are seeking an individual with a strong grasp of substantial investments exceeding $350 million and the ability to effectively communicate with family offices or investors involved in financing large-scale development projects.
Ideally, this candidate would possess a robust network and an impressive track record in establishing new businesses.
The CFO will spearhead the company's US expansion, offering strategic financial leadership and driving growth and financial success.
Key Accountabilities are outlined below, with additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
Lead finance strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
Develop long-range financial plans.
Ensure expenditure within budget and approvals.
Financial Management:
Manage cash flow and optimize resources.
Monitor and manage financial risks.
Provide financial information for operational guidance.
Accounting and Financial Reporting:
Establish accounting policies and procedures.
Review monthly accounting processes and results.
Maintain orderly financial documentation and controls.
QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or a Business discipline Experience with IPOsExperience with tax incentives and tax equity, particularly linked to the Inflation Reduction ActProfessional accounting certification preferred Minimum 15 years experience in accounting and finance with working knowledge of financial advisory, corporate finance, project finance or private equityAt least 10 years managerial experienceCertified Financial Analyst preferred About Us:
