This position is tasked with oversight and delivery of individual site launches, following RME Launch Program mission and objectives.
The role ensures alignment with JLL Transition Team, Site (RME) Operations team and client Startup teams.
RESPONSIBILITIESLeads site RME team, EHS and CMMS Site Launch Managers and related activities to ensure the launch mission is accomplished safely, accurately and timelyWorks with various entities and coordinate launch program to ensure site launch is executed timely and accuratelyAttends regularly scheduled meetings to ensure JLL interests are held at all client and OEM facing levelsEnsures assets are uploaded in EAM within 30 days of site turnover (may not coincide with Launch date) and targets improvement goalsEstablishes active PMs in EAM prior to launch where possible, no later than 15 days after assets are loaded in EAMWorks with Startup team to ensure all parts are received, stowed and inventoried prior to launchAttends weekly procurement review meetings with Procurement and standardsAttends weekly module review meeting with the Standards teamApproves all RME change management requests with the standards teamMaintains IOQ app to ensure field documents are completeCoordinates with RME Startup Program Manager to ensure spare parts are acquired timely and completely; participate in weekly calls with spare parts vendors to monitor PO receipt and delivery statusCoordinates Laptop procurement and issuance process with IT and Startup Purchasing TeamMaintains RTL checklist real-time dashboard for the siteEnsures knowledge assessments are implemented and technicians demonstrating appropriate competenciesAdministers Red Vest (new hire) programIdentify opportunities to improve costs and inefficiencies in the launch processDocuments program protocol, procedures and practices to ensure repeated and consistent delivery in meeting client needDEMONSTRATED ABILITIESAbility to lead large groups of people without formal reporting structureHigh attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyAbility to execute methodically and work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environmentWillingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessaryREQUIREMENTSMinimum 3 years of maintenance or property management experienceExperience managing diverse teams without formal authorityProject management experienceStrong understanding of MHE and robotic maintenance and system operationsExcellent computer skills Sharepoint, Excel, Word, CMMS systems and work trackersKnowledge of building launch and startup processes including skills qualificationsEstimated compensation for this position is:
