95 an hour PROVEN is seeking a personal assistant to assist leadership.
The candidate selected will need to live within 25 miles of Orlando Florida.
The role of this PA would be to free the companies CEO's time from organizing and administrative tasks so that she can spend maximum time on strategic tasks.
While the position is remote onsite will be required when the CEO is in town.
Responsibilities include:
acting as a first point of contact:
dealing with correspondence and phone calls managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation organising events and conferences reminding the leadership team of important tasks and deadlines typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence managing databases and filing systems implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems liaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager's remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
Although this personal will assist other leaders their primarily responsibility is to the CEO and subsequently may be responsible to cover home and personal life maintenance such as hiring house cleaners.
Candidate can be entry level but will be required to having the following skills:
Organizational and time management proficient in office products such as word, excel, publisher Accuracy and attention to detail Tact and discretion Communication skills Administrative skills Financial skills Proficient in adobe products Administrative Duties:
