You'll product for deliveries, ensure the accuracy of Pella deliveries, and ensure all products are delivered to the customer within our time commitment, along with compliance to our quality standards to help grow our business and continually strive for 100% Very Satisfied customers.

Education and/or Experience Must have High School Diploma or GED and dependable work history.
Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required.
Computer Skills Familiarity with computers preferred.
May be expected to develop proficiency in Pella proprietary software (i.
e.
PDQ, POETS, OMS, etc.
) and/or company email systems (Outlook).
Language and Communication Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions such as safety rules, short correspondence, memos and read unit labels.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Professional Skills Must be a team player and exhibit a strong desire to learn and promote self-growth.
Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow assignments through to completion.
Attention to detail is required.
Must be able to develop trust, respect, and confidence of customers, coworkers and managers.
