Job SummaryOur client, one of the leading insurance brokers in the country, is seeking a Senior Counsel experienced in complex commercial litigation, coverage litigation, and employment matters.

This position will work alongside the rest of the legal team and senior leaders in its Orlando, Florida office - non-local candidates will be required to relocate.

Qualifications:

years of complex litigation experience, preferably including insurance coverage and related mattersBackground with insurance coverage matters including errors and omissions and prelitigationExperience with restrictive covenants and employment disputesExcellent time management skills, ability to work independently and with a teamQualified and interested candidates are invited to apply immediately.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
