1 month initial contract- possible extension
Compensation:
$50-$55/hr

Job Description:
Make engine level changes in Unreal Engine 5
Responsible for adding features and capabilities in the rendering or tools pipeline.
Integrate new features and modify existing systems within Unreal Engine and an established proprietary codebase.
Profile and optimize code for enhanced performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with other developers to integrate and support requested features.
Create and document complex systems in a clear manner for others to rely on as a reference and potentially expand upon
Participate in team code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, identify potential issues, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of professional software development experience in the game industry
A minimum of 3
years of professional Unreal Engine Experience
Experience with Unreal Engine Metahuman AI
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine's architecture
Excellent knowledge of C++
Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on debugging C+
code.
A positive, collaborative, and self-motivated mindset that works well with other developers.
Ability to articulate (both in written and verbal methods) complex processes in a clear manner.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related equivalent experience
