JOB DESCRIPTION / GENERAL: ,sans-serif'> ,sans-serif;>The Quality Manager is responsible for assurance of continued process improvement in the standards of Quality Control.
JOB DESCRIPTION / SPECIFIC:
Ensure that the Projects Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, and contractual requirements.,serif'>
Manage, create, and review internal processes.
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
Develop and execute quality plans and procedures in the workplace according to company and contractual guidelines.
Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of quality.
Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess quality improvements.
Conduct training and presentations for quality control observations and corrective actions needed to maintenance contractual requirements.
Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
REQUIREMENTS,sans-serif'>:,sans-serif'>
Experience: ,sans-serif'>Three Years experience in preparing and enforcing a proven QMS program.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material and Quality Management principles.
Working knowledge of MS Office
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
EDUCATION:,sans-serif'>
Preferred:
o Certificate in quality control standards (Certified Master Black Belt (MBB), certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) ).
Minimum:
o High School Diploma or equivalent.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
