2023 Career Readiness Program (Freshmen & Sophomores)

A career readiness program for freshmen and sophomores to help you navigate decisions about your major, internship and career.
The program will explore the public accounting profession, as well as career paths at BDO.
Students will attend presentations, panel discussions and meet a variety of BDO professionals, including recruiters, interns, associates, partners and senior leadership.

Participant Requirements

This program is open to college freshmen and sophomores.
Because diversity in our backgrounds, experiences and perspectives is foundational to BDO s success, we strongly encourage traditionally underrepresented students to apply.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
