We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers.
As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to residents in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide direct support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans - Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Implement behavior management techniques when necessary - Support residents with dementia care needs - Uphold resident rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are maintained - Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents Skills:
- Proficiency in resident rights and ethical caregiving practices - Ability to perform cleaning tasks and maintain a hygienic environment - Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols - Experience in providing direct support to individuals with diverse needs - Capability to lift and assist residents with mobility challenges - Familiarity with behavior management strategies - Understanding of activities of daily living (ADLs) assistance - Background in dementia care practices - Skills in social work principles for effective resident interactions - Competence in medication administration following established guidelines Join our team of dedicated Caregivers and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
