Based from our Tool Rental Fulfillment Center, this position is considered the company's front line contact with the customer and does whatever is necessary to satisfy the customer's needs and requests.

Responsibilities:
Provides responsive, exemplary customer service to current and potential customers, regardless of the reason for contacting Sunbelt RentalsQualifies inbound customer contacts to understand projects and explain what equipment would best help to successfully complete the project safely and efficientlyBuilds relationships with customers to make them feel important and their business appreciated to ensure return businessCompletes customer orders, sources equipment as needed, places service calls, processes order cancellations and requests equipment pick-ups in relation to our Tool Rental Fulfillment Center (TRFC) and support of the Retail Service Centers (RSC)Meets, greets, and services walk-in customers at the Tool Rental Fulfillment CenterAssists with training customers and Sunbelt personnel on the safe and efficient operation of rental toolsMaintains open communications with the local General Tool branches and RSC to coordinate the fulfillment of orders and other operational aspects of the businessMaintains an open communication channel between the Customer Care department and the other departments within the TRFCAlways displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude with our customersContinues to develop and grow with the business segments to ensure that the leadership staff is knowledgeable of any and all opportunities that might ariseMakes recommendations for improvement of all existing processes and proceduresRequirements:
Education &
Experience:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsStrong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environmentMust possess a professional, friendly attitude and strong telephone handling skills to be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phoneMust be a strong team player and enjoy supporting others to get things doneMust display a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude at all timesStrong PC systems and typing skills (CRM, email, chat)Previous experience in a call center customer service role preferredWorking knowledge of Sunbelt's point of sale system, Wynne or AS400 preferredPrevious equipment rental or construction industry experience preferredPhysical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
