The right candidate will excel operationally in managing the warranty process hands on and will demonstrate strategic and leadership capabilities as we continue to expand our Warranty Department.

Serve and first point of contact for warranty requests with professional and timely response.
Schedule all repairs with contractors and customers.
Ensure completion of all repairs to meet timelines as well as quality standards.
Hold sub-contractors and vendors accountable for results.
Communicate directly with homeowners to provide warranty guidelines and resolve issues.
Manage warranty budget and maximize profitability.
Perform minor repairs as needed (caulking, inspection, adjusting irrigation timers, etc.
) Collaborate with Field Management team throughout warranty process to ensure success.
Participate in regularly scheduled leadership status meetings.
Responsible for department reporting and documentation.
Contribute to process improvement and development of department SOP's.
Hire and train additional team members as needed.
Prequisites for success:
Previous residential construction industry experience including former warranty experience.
Excellent project management skills including resolving issues to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Advanced conflict resolution capabilities.
Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written.
Proven history of customer service experience and ability to build strong relationships and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Has the ability and aptitude to work with tools, materials, and methods when necessary to complete minor repairs.
Must have superior knowledge of all residential construction trades and building codes.
Must have the knowledge and ability to diagnose - and resolve - all field problems as the arise.
Ability to handle difficult problems with people and professionally resolve conflicts.
Ability to perform and train others on service issues including common problem diagnosis and basic construction repair techniques.
Excellent organizational aptitude to manage the scheduling and dispatching of service work requests.
Excellent technology aptitude and willingness to learn to track service data in order to constantly improve our material specifications and This role requires the ability to travel to various work sites to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities Job Type:
