We are hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Call Center Agents focused on supporting product displays at Best Buy for an industry leader in home audio systems, noise-canceling headphones, and professional audio products.
A Call Center Agent is responsible for communicating with field technicians from across the country and helping them troubleshoot and, ultimately, fix our customer's displays, with the ultimate goal of maintaining both functional and visual merchandising standards for a world-class consumer electronics brand.
Here are the details:
This role will be remote (home office space required.
) Connect virtually (phone, email, video chat) with field technicians who are attempting to troubleshoot and fix displays at Best Buy stores across the United States.
Quickly and accurately diagnose problems with display functionality.
Keep accurate records of all conversations and troubleshooting steps in our call center database.
Assist T-ROC leadership with retail display audits and other tasks related to display maintenance.
Meet all success-measuring benchmarks (SLAs, KPIs, etc.
) Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and positivity throughout every interaction with a field technician.
Frequently attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.

Experience with break-fix activities in the retail environment.
Call center experience preferred.
Strong sense of commitment to reaching daily targets while working independently.

High School Degree or Equivalent Will have set hours every week, but some flexibility will be expected to ensure the call center is always covered.
Must be willing to work evenings.
No weekend work.
Laptop with camera will be provided.
You will need office space in your home, preferably 25-50 sq ft to accommodate your daily tasks.
Area must be kept neat and tidy for space to be available for virtual shifts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
