Independent judgment, superior analytical ability, multi-party complex case management skills and the ability to work in a high paced environment are a necessity.
Extensive knowledge of state and federal court rules and practice, and a strong technical background and working knowledge of eDiscovery Point are highly desirable.
An undergraduate degree and 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, or an equivalent combination of education and paralegal experience is required.
Successful completion of an ABAapproved paralegal program is preferred.
