Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and profitability of our food and beverage offerings - Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost management - Hire, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests - Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards - Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations - Foster positive relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for the purchase of food, beverages, and supplies - Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the overall dining experience Skills:
