We are seeking a trustworthy and reliable home inspector to join our team in the Central Florida area.
This candidate will mostly perform 4 point and Wind mitigation inspections for insurance purposes.
This opportunity offers great compensation and the freedom and flexibility to create your own schedule.
The ideal candidate will need to have 1-2 days of availability to begin with the potential to reach full time.
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Must have proper communication skills and be able to interact with clients on a daily basis.
- Must be professional and responsible.
- Must be punctual.
- Must have own transportation to and from inspection sites in service area (Orange, Lake, Osceola, Seminole Counties.
) - Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be tech savvy and have smart phone, as inspections are completed on phone.
- Proficient with Spectora software - Must have the ability to lift ladders, maneuver in attics, and crawl spaces that sometimes are dirty.
Kneeling, stooping, standing, and climbing up and down ladders is a requirement.
- Must be held responsible for completing and sending inspection reports.
- Residential construction experience a plus but not necessary.
- Currently holds a state home inspector license or certification a plus but not necessary.
Training will be provided to candidate.
Candidate will be paid as Independent Contractor, and will be paid by the job.
Pay day will be bi-weekly via direct deposit.
