enthusiastic individual who cares about their work and the people they are surrounded by.
Friendly, out-going, hard-working, and always eager to learn and win! The purpose of this position is to schedule new and existing patients efficiently, and have the schedule productively engineered,ensuring the patients have a great experience.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
answering incoming calls, schedule and confirming patient appointments, ensure patient paperwork is updated, scanned in, manage and maintain patient records and ensure they are up to date and accurate, verifying insurance, manage the schedule to meet or exceed the daily and monthly production goals and more.
The working days/hours for this position are M-Th 8a-5:
