Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support and guidance to students in the area of literacy - Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective literacy strategies - Conduct assessments to identify students' literacy needs and develop individualized intervention plans - Deliver engaging and interactive literacy instruction to students - Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed - Provide feedback and support to teachers on best practices for literacy instruction - Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution as it relates to literacy instruction
