Responsibilities In your role as a Car Wash Crew Member at Johnny Clean, your goal is to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold our standards of excellence and efficiency.
Your daily tasks include:
Hospitality:
Foster a friendly environment for customers by warmly greeting and bidding them goodbye.
Encourage positive interactions and build rapport with customers during their visit.
Quality:
Gain expert understanding of our range of wash options and confidently discuss their advantages with customers.
Respond to customer questions with professionalism and detailed knowledge.
Ready vehicles for the wash by meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
Address customer concerns following our brand guidelines.
Speed:
Achieve a 95% efficiency rate while safely directing vehicles into the car wash.
Assist fellow crew members and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to safety by completing necessary training and guiding vehicles securely.
Safety:
Engage in continuous safety training to maintain a safe working environment.
Pay extra attention to vehicles requiring specific wash adaptations.
Ensure safety protocols are respected by monitoring customers during their wash experience.
Cleanliness:
Be responsible for the upkeep of equipment, grounds, and facility during shifts, maintaining our high standards.
Actively keep a tidy environment, including the parking area and landscaping.
Maintain the property's appearance.
