We are looking for a Patient Care Advocate (PCA).
A PCA's role is to travel to nursing home facilities that the company services to build relationships with the staff and the residents so they can understand and utilize the dental benefits we can offer them.
As a PCA, you will act as a liaison for our customers to our clinical staff and back office.
To be a PCA, you need to be patient, empathetic, and communicative.
In this position, you will be making outgoing calls and sending many emails.
This position is covering Orlando and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities Travel to nursing home facilities 3-4 days per week, with occasional overnight travel.
Build relationships with nursing home staff so they understand what the company provides.
Speak to residents and their families to explain the services the company offers.
Keep good records of customer interactions.
Communicate with the company's back office and clinical staff, as needed, to maintain best relationships with the customers.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school degree.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
