Security Officer (Overnight) Who We Look For:
We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our Security department.
This position will work primarily Overnight a nd may be asked to work other shifts depending on occupancy, and overall business need.
Responsibilities :
Actively participates in the day-to-day security operations of the property.
Ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
Risk and loss management of the property, as well as supporting in workplace safety and life/fire safety systems.
Minimum
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of p revious experience in Security, preferably in a Resort or Hotel setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, a nd peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Certified in CPR and first aid preferred.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
