Achieve all Inside, Carry-out, and Cater pick up related goals for Lobby Team Work in a way that promotes team-work and maximizes productivity Be a great communicator, energetic and friendly Dress professionally Enthusiastically and professionally work with the Lobby and Drive-thru Team Welcome, friendliness (Core 4-greet guests), speed at the front counter and in the Lobby Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment; cleaning chairs, tables, lobby trash, windows etc.
as needed during off peak periods Create raving fans by exemplary customer service from initial order, delivery and departure of the Customer Hustle that creates a surprisingly fast Speed of Service Setting tables for Mom's.
Seniors, and Special needs customers Proficient in cashiering Table Touches and Second Mile Service High energy a MUST, fast paced and service/servant person Food Safety and Personal Hygiene a MUST Have the ability to communicate effectively in English Graduated High School Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional Dress Code; no visible tattoos or piercings.
