OverviewDesigns, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a generalist or in a combination of DisciplinesMajor Position Responsibilities Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the human resources department.
Inputs HR-related data and compiles standard reports for management review.
Assists in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents.
Answers basic employee questions about human resources policies or offerings.
Schedules interviews, orientations, or training sessions.
Processes employee status changes or benefits enrollments; maintains records of completed transactions.
Performs manual tasks according to established procedures Completes work with a limited degree of supervision Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks Likely to act as an informal resource for colleague with less experience Basic Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Associate's Degree Preferred 4-6 years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Oral and written communication skills.
