Hotel Banquet Manager - Travel Task Force Virgin Islands
Pay is $30 Per Hour Plus Overtime.
First rotation is a 5 Star Resort in the US Virgin Islands.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operation of banquets in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Oversee all aspects of Banquets personnel, including payroll management, gratuity distributions and training and development.
Maintain inventory and supplies as necessary to support catering business.
Assist Catering Managers in the pre-planning details of events, creating diagrams, requisition equipment and communicating with the culinary team.
Manage open lines of communication between management, departments and team members regarding any banquet concerns on an event.
Ensure sanitation procedures and organization of work areas adhere to all health code regulations and standards.
Attend internal and external industry meetings as required.
