Job Description:
Utilizing established process flow on every call, identify members appropriate for nurse intervention.
The candidate receives inbound calls from members; calls may include providing transfers clinical calls to nurses, provides reminders of preventive screenings, assists with and answer general questions from members.

Qualifications:
Must have HS Diploma/GED Must have lockable office and separate workspace (follow up will be done to confirm the separate, private workspace).
Prior medical knowledge is desirable Candidates with back ground in insurance is desirable Job Type:
