Creating and Managing group room block, building new SRPs in ONQ and R&I Monitor group blocks, ensure cut off dates are met, monitor groups performance, process rooming list using passkey Answer all transient and group reservations calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
Promptly provides accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information Work closely with hotel all necessary departments Confirm guest reservations for individuals via telephone and email.
