Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) Knowledge of networking fundamentals Experience with Scripting/ Programing language like JavaScript/Python/Java Understanding of relational databases concepts like MySQL/SQL Strong troubleshooting experience Good customer skills Nice to Have Skills:
SSO and authentication Email protocols and servers LDAP/Active?Directory Understanding of Email?Troubleshooting Prior SaaS/PaaS industry background Technical Support Specialist Recommended Skills Debugging Java (Programming Language) Java Script (Programming Language) Ldap My Sql Networking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
