FEMA Direct Housing Mission - Disaster Recovery Support

In support of FEMA's Housing Mission Planning Contract (HMP) and Logistics Construction Support Contract (LCSC) Direct Housing Mission which provides direct temporary housing including travel trailers and larger manufactured housing units to help survivors get a safe roof over their head.

RealStreet is seeking architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) professionals for the following roles:
Administrative Assistants Data Input/Data Analysts Construction Schedulers Cost Estimators GIS Specialists Housing Inspectors Designers QC Managers Contract Surveillance Civil Engineers Construction Inspectors Construction Managers Electrical Engineers Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Specialists Environmental Engineers Financial Analysts General Planners Insurance Specialists Mechanical Engineers Project Managers Site Inspectors Structural Engineers All positions are W2 as an employee of RealStreet.

Applicants must meet the minimum qualification requirements for position for which they are applying:
First-level professionals shall possess an Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of (2) years of experience in their field of expertise or five (5) years of expertise Mid-level professionals shall possess an Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in their field of expertise or ten (10) years of expertise Senior-level professionals shall possess an Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in their field of expertise or fifteen (15) years of expertise Note:
some positions require a degree and/or professional registration regardless of the level and years of experience.
As these are Public Trust positions, all candidates must submit to and successfully be deemed suitable for such a position as a result of a Federal background check.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
