Position Duties/Responsibilities You will receive purchase requests from program directors.
You will process small purchase orders for a variety of local and non-local market.
You will process requests for information management requirements to include validation of user requirements, proving status, tracking and maintaining records.
You will conduct solicitations.
You will research and contacts with requesting personnel, suppliers, manufacturers, or non-local markets required to locate sources for specialized items or services You will analyze quotes by considering the contractor's or vender's ability to provide the item or service at a reasonable price, within a specified time, and in compliance with the terms and conditions of the purchase request for quotation.
You will use automated data processing (ADP) equipment to prepare a variety of narrative or tabular materials.
