Customer Service Manager

SNI Companies has partnered with a local construction company that is seeking to bring a Customer Service Manager onto their team immediately.
This position is on-site Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in a Supervisory position, familiar with B2B sales, and familiar with building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Organizes and prioritizes order processing, service challenges, and customer/sales team concerns.
Builds, creates, and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Enlists customer and internal feedback to improve/change processes and improve customer satisfaction Monitors and measures service metrics to develop standards, improvements, or changes to process
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (must be bilingual) Time management skills including but not limited to prioritizing, scheduling, and planning.
Must have skills leading people directly and must work well with others Supervisory experience is required (3 years) Customer service experience is required (5 years) High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree (preferred) Recommended Skills Business To Business Construction Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Metrics Requirement Prioritization Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
