Authorization to work in the United States as a W-2 Employee
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve incoming support request through our ticketing system.
Answer client support calls, emails, online chat regarding web site troubleshooting, site updates, plugin updates, server/hosting issues, email creation, system access and permissions.
Assist in identifying root cause of problems, manages and resolves issues in a dynamic working environment.
Assist our internal team with technical and training support.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive relationship.
Be available to provide after-hours and weekend coverage as needed.
Requirements:
Three or more years of experience in a technical support environment and/or web developer role.
Experience supporting WordPress, Shopify, Google WorkSpace, HubSpot and Cloud based applications.
Understanding of Domain transfer and DNS setup experience.
Experience with Web hosting and basic server administration.
Website maintenance, backup, restore, email hosting and control panel experience.
Basic understanding of Front-End technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, Rest-API s, and PHP back-end development.
Working knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Access points and network fundamentals and industry best practices.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining website security.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in user friendly language to non-technical end users.
