We are seeking an Office Administrator responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors/staff.
Candidates must ensure all record keeping protocols are met as defined in 49 CFR 1520.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
This is a fast-paced aviation security operations office.
We are looking for a team member with critical and strategic thinking skill sets along with a team player attitude.
Multitasking abilities are necessary.
Essential Functions Assist Site Manager with various administrative duties.
Maintain office inventory of all administrative inventory items (i.
e.
, paper, pens, folders etc.
).
Electronically scan and catalog all operational documentation to the client in a timely manner.
Maintain a uniform inventory and assist with distribution of the uniforms to the workforce.
Assist in various projects within the operation as needed.
Research and process all payroll discrepancies as needed.
Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
Must pass background check and be able to obtain a SIDA BADGE.
Previous experience in security operations.
Must be proficient in HRIS systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience managing multiple tasks at once.
Must have good organizational skills.

Physical Demands- Standing and sitting for extended periods of time is normal.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
