Public Adjuster
Public Adjuster Accurate Claim Adjusters is looking for highly motivated and experienced public adjusters to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and the claims process.
They will also be able to negotiate effectively with the insurance company and perform damage inspections to the best of their ability.

We meet with home and business owners and explain our services and how we can help them navigate through their claims, restoring their lives and receiving what they are entitled to.

Qualifications/Requirements:

years of experience as an adjuster (Required) - Strong understanding of the insurance industry and the claims process - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - 320 or 620 license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You need to be authorized to work in the U.
S - Xactimate training preferred.
- Willing to travel daily.
- Must be self-starter.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an adjuster handling residential and/or commercial claims - Strong written and verbal skills.
- Professional image and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass background screening process and obtain/maintain licensing.
- Ability to work unsupervised and command results.
- The ability to travel to loss locations, clients, or insurer sites is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Inform and assist the clients in their insurance claims.
- Investigate the cause of losses and document it.
- Stay up to date on insurance laws and regulations.
- Responsible for finding and engaging with new clients through referrals and networking.
When you come to Accurate Claim Adjusters you get:
- Full-time office support from the beginning to the end of the claim process.
- In-house estimator.
- The ability to acquire and mentor a Public Adjuster Apprentice to work under you and earn a commission pertaining to the claims generated by your assigned apprentice.
- You will receive an initial Advertisement package which will include business cards, flyers, and company polo.
- Our experience in handling claims and obtaining settlements for our clients.
Benefits:
- Flexible schedule.
- Bonus pays by commission.
Pay:
Commission Based ($60,000 - $150,000
annual commission).
Schedule:
Flexible Hours - Monday/Friday 9-5pm.
Work Location:
Remote, On the road, In person.
