Job Title:
Personal Driver to Executive Team.
Compensation:
$18 to $25 per hour, FLSA Non-Exempt.
Reports To SVP and Executive Assistant to SVP.
Job
Summary:
The Personal Driver will drive company automobiles to transport passengers and/or cargo.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
None.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Drives company cars, or privately-owned vehicles to transport passengers.
Follows calendar for pick ups and drop offs daily while communicating with executive assistant as needed.
Assists passengers with entering and exiting vehicles and assists with any luggage.
Ensures passengers reach their destinations safely and on time.
Observes safety regulations and state laws regarding vehicle operation; ensures passengers also follow applicable safety regulations.
Ensures vehicle equipment such as brakes, lights, windshield wipers, etc.
, is maintained and operating properly and if not reports to the company mechanic.
Submits accident reports when needed.
Ensures vehicle is clean and maintained before and after having passengers.
Follows schedule and adapts to changes.
When not driving, the driver will be stationary in the office in case needed during the hours listed below.
Availability will need to be Monday through Friday 8 am-10 pm.
If weekend driving is required, it will be notified in advance.
The schedule needs to be flexible within those hours.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent driving skills.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Thorough understanding of traffic regulations, road signs, and routes.
Education and
Experience:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Applicable state licensing and certification required.
Must have a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to lift and move luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
