ARISE Autism Center is comprised of a group of passionate professionals dedicated to serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and behavior problems.
Arise Autism Center provides home and center-based early intensive behavioral intervention for young children (0-6 years) with autism and other developmental disabilities.

00 pm Each ARISE Autism Center clinic has its own on-site Clinical Director, BCBA supervisors, RBTs, and administrative support staff.

Your Role:
As a BCBA, you will provide family-centered ABA services to clients in our Lake Mary clinic.
At ARISE Autism Center, you will have the opportunity to leverage your strengths and grow your clinical skills.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing client treatment, supervising RBTs, and using a database collection system.
Work directly with children on the autism spectrum using ABA/VB approach.
While maintaining a sustainable caseload.
Write and implement behavior plans in a timely manner.
Conduct initial assessment utilizing various tools.
Effectively collect data and develop individual ABA acquisition plans.
Deliver supervision and guidance to a talented team of RBTs and ABA graduate students.
Provide quality training to family members to support goals and progression.
Collaborate with all team members to ensure clinic operations are in compliance.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field of study Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB Outstanding Interpersonal skills Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work under high-stress situations Exhibits significant reliable habits, including timeliness & organizational skills Proven experience working with preschool and elementary school-aged children We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
