6K a year 12 days ago 12 days ago 12 days ago Greenway Automotive is seeking a highly motivated Tags and Title Clerk! The ideal candidate must have two years of experience in a similar position.
Candidates must have a pleasant and helpful personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous automotive dealership experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the controller.
Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled Out of state Title processing Working schedules for tag & title work Applying for duplicate titles Doing metal & temp tag inventory Updating notes in the system Tracking completed work Print customer's registrations Title & trade pack inventory Provide tag & tile work support to guests, management and employees as needed Stay abreast of title regulations.
Attend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available Provides assistance and support to accounting personnel Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Automotive Title Work:
2 years Prior title work experience required Dealership accounting, CDK, DealerDMV experience helpful Notary Public preferred Current, valid driver's license Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Highly professional and dependable Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Excellent telephone skills Strong computer, typing, and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
