Primary Customer Relations Representative
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers in an approachable, warm, and professional manner at all times, providing every customer with your undivided attention Assisting in creating and implementing customer experience and consumer outreach campaigns to drive revenue for clients Communicating ideas and problem solving effectively in a fast-paced environment Providing thoughtful solutions to inquiries and easing client and customer concerns Monitoring personal feedback as a customer service representative and working towards continuous improvement in your scores Working efficiently with a team as well as on your own to reach a goal Attending quarterly training and networking events Qualities of a Customer Relations Representative Candidate:
Background as a Customer Service Representative is preferred Advanced communication skills, written and verbal Eagerness to grow professionally and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously Self-driven, motivated personality The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Goal-oriented with the ability to plan and execute Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor Job Type:
